By selecting this "Ticket Type" you are Volunteering to donate some Baked Goodies to the Drive Thru Dinner Bake Sale.

You can drop these Goodies off at the KC Hall in La Grange the week of the Dinner 12/01 - 12/03/2025 during business hours (8am - 5pm).

Another Drop Off Location is Greater Fayette Community Foundation Office - 1630 N Jefferson St, La Grange, TX 78945 (right next to Back Porch BBQ).

By Selecting this "Ticket Type" you are Volunteering to assist in assembling dinner plates for the Drive-Thru line.

Assembly will start at 3:15pm and End around 6:00pm. We welcome all helping hands for as long or as short as their schedule allows :)

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Drive-Thru Dinner Fundraiser! Join us for a delicious meal while supporting a great cause.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

We’re looking for helping hands to make this event a success!

Bakers: Prepare individually wrapped baked goods for the sale.
(Goodies can be dropped off at the Knights of Columbus Hall the week of the Dinner 12/01 - 12/03/2025)
Dinner Crew: Help on the assembly line during dinner service. (anytime between 3:30pm and 6:00pm - the more the merrier!)

How It Works:

Drive Up: Simply drive to the KC Hall between 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
Pick Up Your Dinner: Enjoy a tasty meal assembled by our team.
Support the Cause: All proceeds from the event will go towards funding the 2026 TWL Grantees.
